Service Description

As a psychotherapist, I understand the importance of having a supportive and empowering clinical supervision experience. At Held Heart Healing, I offer one-on-one and group clinical supervision that is kind, down-to-earth, and professional. I will help you grow your skills in non-directive play therapy, Expressive Arts, Somatics, Drama Therapy techniques, suicide prevention, family therapy, working with polyamory, kink, and alternative relationship structures, and working with transgender youth, adolescents and adults. The supervision I offer will help you work on yourself as a therapist, your self-esteem and self-trust, transference and countertransference, and aligning your work with your values. Together, we will work towards your growth and development as a therapist.
