* Note: If you are a new client, please book a free consultation before booking any other service. At Held Heart Healing, I provide individual therapy for returning clients. Meeting together is a way to work ongoingly on your therapeutic goals, such as self-esteem, relationships, communication, and life transitions. Together, we will explore your unique goals and create an individualized plan to help you reach them.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance in order to receive a reimbursement.
